This project involved a full transformation of an older home, modernizing the basement, kitchen, and washrooms to create a bright, spacious, and functional living environment.
Basement Renovation
The original basement was an unfinished storage space with exposed framing and concrete floors. We converted the entire area into a fully finished lower level featuring new drywall, luxury vinyl flooring, recessed LED lighting, and a reconfigured layout for improved usability.
A brand-new laundry room was also built with upgraded connections, cabinetry, and durable finishes. The stairway was refinished with hardwood treads and sleek black metal spindles to create a modern entrance into the lower level.
Kitchen Renovation
The existing kitchen lacked storage, style, and efficiency. We rebuilt the space using clean white shaker cabinetry, premium quartz countertops, a matching full-height backsplash, and modern black & stainless fixtures.
The layout was optimized with an island addition, improved workspace flow, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. New lighting, flooring, and hardware completed a modern, bright, functional cooking space.
Bathroom Remodels
Both bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt from scratch. The upgrades include:
- Large-format porcelain tile for a clean, contemporary look
- Custom shower niches for storage
- New modern tubs & shower fixtures
- Updated vanities with integrated sinks
- Elegant mirrors and modern lighting
- Proper waterproofing installation for long-term durability
The result is two clean, hotel-style bathrooms with modern finishes designed to improve comfort and longevity.
