The renovation began with removing the previous flooring, old baseboard heaters, and dated wall finishes. After cleanup and leveling, the space was rebuilt with a highly modern bakery concept featuring linear geometry, clean contrast, and warm natural wood details.
A custom-designed slat ceiling flows seamlessly into vertical wall slats, framing the entire service area and creating a striking visual identity. The new front counter was built from scratch with a tile-wrapped front and a warm wood countertop that adds balance to the black-and-white design language.
In the back wall, a brick-style feature opening was constructed, adding depth and offering functional pass-through capability to the prep area.
For the storefront, a full exterior refresh was completed including a hand-crafted wooden sign. The bakery’s name was CNC-cut directly into the timber, sanded, stained, and installed to create an authentic artisan feel that matches the brand.
Inside, new pendant lights, floating wood shelves, upgraded electrical, trims, and fresh flooring completed the space, resulting in a crisp and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
