This project transforms a standard living room into a dramatic architectural focal point with a floor-to-ceiling porcelain feature wall. The existing wall was fully stripped, reframed, and structurally reinforced from floor to ceiling to support the weight of large-format slabs and embedded media components.
A book-matched porcelain finish was installed with precise seam alignment, creating an elegant marble-inspired pattern that spans the entire double-height wall. A recessed niche was custom-framed for the TV and soundbar, allowing both to sit flush against the slab for a sleek, modern appearance.
Below, a custom matte-charcoal media cabinet stretches wall-to-wall, featuring fluted end panels and hidden storage for a clean, contemporary look. All electrical outlets, wiring, and device connections were reworked and concealed inside the framing, eliminating all visible cables.
This feature wall upgrades the entire space—combining structural craftsmanship, premium materials, and high-end millwork into one cohesive and luxurious centerpiece.
