This commercial project delivered a comprehensive exterior transformation and a new, spacious outdoor dining experience for Korean Chicken restaurant.
The storefront facade was modernized with a sleek, dark cladding material, framed by custom yellow LED strip lighting to create a striking, high-visibility perimeter on a busy street. The new illuminated sign features the brand’s logo for clear nighttime recognition.
The primary feature is the custom-built back patio, designed to maximize seating capacity and ambiance. Constructed from natural wood, the patio features high privacy fencing and integrated tiered bench seating for communal dining. The construction included a gate entrance and multi-level design. Final touches involved staining the wood to a rich, warm tone and installing extensive hidden LED strip lighting along the benches and fence lines, creating a warm, inviting glow perfect for evening service. This build transformed an ordinary back area into a highly functional and attractive outdoor venue.
