This renovation transformed an outdated bathroom into a clean, modern, and fully waterproofed walk-in shower space. The project began with a complete demolition down to the framing, followed by a full waterproofing system using RedGard with mesh on all corners, seams, and penetrations. After ensuring a fully sealed enclosure, a cement-board shower pan was prepared with proper slope to the drain.
Tile Installation
The walls were finished with large-format porcelain tiles in a soft concrete-stone texture, creating a high-end, seamless look. The shower floor features a matching grayscale hexagon mosaic, providing both comfort and enhanced grip. Tile spacing, leveling, and precision cuts around fixtures deliver a crisp, modern finish.
Fixtures & Glass Enclosure
A luxury matte-black rainfall shower system and handheld sprayer provide a spa-like experience, while the custom glass enclosure adds transparency and enhances the room’s brightness. The vanity and toilet area were updated with clean white tones and minimalistic hardware to coordinate with the overall design.
The completed bathroom is bright, modern, and built to last — combining premium materials with proper waterproofing and high-quality craftsmanship.
