This project transformed a dated commercial unit into a clean, modern, and professional tattoo studio built for both workflow efficiency and client comfort.
The renovation began with a full demolition of the old interior, including removal of damaged ceiling tiles, worn flooring, outdated cabinetry, and non-functional electrical. After exposing the structure, all walls were patched, primed, and repainted in crisp studio-clean finishes to create a bright and hygienic environment suitable for tattoo work.
A fresh commercial-grade LVT flooring system was installed throughout, providing durability, easy maintenance, and seamless continuity across all rooms. The ceiling grid was upgraded with new LED panel lighting, giving artists clear visibility and reducing shadows during detailed work.
The layout was re-designed to support multiple tattoo stations along the perimeter, complete with power access, clean lines of sight, and open circulation space. Custom millwork—including a modern reception counter, storage units, and a slat-wall feature—gives the studio a polished, contemporary look while maximizing functionality.
The washroom was also refinished with new tile, paint, and fixture upgrades to bring the entire studio up to modern standards.
The final result is a clean, bright, and highly functional tattoo workspace built for professional use—balancing aesthetics, hygiene, and practicality with careful attention to detail.
